Perfect Plus Tutoring works with several tutors, including maths and English specialists. All tutors are DBS checked, qualified teachers and educators. We are happy to work with you to create a tutoring program that works for you and your child. Please contact us for further information.
Nicole is the driving force behind Perfect Plus Tutoring. She created it after several years as a secondary school English teacher where she identified a need for more student-centric focus in teaching. This has grown into a passion to help as many students as possible to excel through personalised and tailored support. She now runs various classes, home-schooling support and also visits schools to work with them to meet specific student needs. Outside of work Nicole volunteers in the community as a Cub Scout leader and is a school governor.

Cheryl is a tutor specialised in English and Maths from Key Stage 1 through to GCSE. Cheryl began as an apprentice trainer teaching Functional Skills maths, English and ICT. She has a range of students and particularly enjoys getting to know her student's unique needs and finding ways to support their learning experience. She runs our 11+ group classes in Welling and also provides home-schooling support. In addition, Cheryl is the administrator for Perfect Plus Tutoring, supporting Nicole with producing unique resources for our students; she is currently working on our Homework Programme.
Maria is a secondary school teacher and qualified to teach Spanish up to A-Level. She is a dedicated member of the Perfect Plus team and we love having her on board! Maria has almost a decade of experience in tutoring.
Gemma is a primary school teacher with a love of words and a passion for helping children gain confidence in Maths and making it a subject accessible to all. She has over 10 years' experience in primary teaching and prior to that taught English as a foreign language to all ages, both at home and abroad. She loves working with students and finding creative approaches to learning.
Sherri has been tutoring with us for a few years now and her energy, enthusiasm and fun nature make her a hit with students whilst she helps them to make breakthroughs, especially in English and Maths. By day Sherri works in a secondary school and she is particularly keen to support KS3 students in the Medway area.

Marva works in a London Primary School and has over 10 years' experience as a private tutor, specialising in Year 6 Maths and English SATs prep and 11+. She is also a trained ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) and can work with families to overcome barriers to learning. In her spare time, Marva loves looking after her two cats, reading, cooking and is currently working on her first children's novel.
Lee is a secondary school Geography teacher who provides tuition for Geography at all levels and in English and Maths up to key stage two. He is also one of our 11+ tutors. Lee's extensive experience in education means he is able to deliver the quality that we believe sets Perfect Plus apart.
Jacinda's main field of study is law and social science. She has post graduate qualifications in law and is still trying to complete her SQE exams. Upon completing her undergraduate course, she undertook training courses to teach English and maths to children under the age of 16. She has been teaching for over four years and also teaches English to non-English speaking adults.

Hettie is a teacher with seven years experience, specialising in Mathematics. She is passionate about education and is delighted to help a range of ages grow in confidence and understanding in a wide range of subjects. Outside of tutoring, Hettie is very creative and spends her time volunteering with Girl Guiding, walking her dog and stretching out with Yoga and pilates.
Abi is a primary school teacher with experience in early years and SEN. She has been working in education for 8 years. In her spare time she volunteers as a scout and guide leader.
Richard has been teaching for over 15 years. He has taught in some of the best private schools in London and Surrey and now teaches locally in Kent. He has been tutoring for over 10 years and aspires to get the best result for every child he works with. Richard truly believes that great coaching and confidence can move mountains.
Penny is a primary school teacher, having qualified in 1997 and has 16 years experience of teaching. Her specialism is mathematics and she tutors 11+ online. Penny has been tutoring with us since 2018 and is one of most experienced tutors.

Natasha has been a trainer for many years and became an apprenticeship teacher in 2019, specialising in retail and business skills, English and maths. She has taught 16plus students traineeship courses (most learners were ESOL or ALN), the SWAPS Sector based work academy programme, short courses for unemployed individuals and delivered English and maths to NHS students. In addition to tutoring she produces training materials, organises the curriculum and mentors other teachers.
Angela is a college lecturer, currently teaching Beauty Therapy and Careers. She was in primary education for 16 years and spends her spare time with family and friends, going to the gym and want to return to choir singing in the near future.

Richard is currently a teaching assistant in a primary school. He has almost 10 years of experience in education and has worked with all ages - from babies right up to post-16! Richard is also a children’s author, currently writing his fifth book. His main strength lies in English.
